Would you like to visit one of our stores to view an item? Here are some handy tips.
Our stores have a slightly different collection. You can see where an item is available by the item code.
Item codes starting with the letter A (for example A0388) come from our Aalst store. You won't find these in the Liedekerke store, but we can get them for you right away if they are in stock in our webshop. Because our warehouse is right next to the Liedekerke store, we can quickly arrange it for you as soon as you are in the store.
I saw an item on your website, but it is no longer in stock?
The stock in our webshop and stores varies. Do you want to know if an item is available in one of our stores? Then call the store in Liedekerke via 053/42.80.76 or 0487/64.87.07, or in Aalst via 0471/26.78.30.
Orders
I have pre-ordered a product. How does that work exactly?
- If you have placed a pre-order, this means that the item is not yet available for immediate delivery. You can still order it. As soon as the pre-orders have arrived, you will receive a message and your order will be shipped.
- If you have placed an order with multiple items + a pre-order item, your full order will only be shipped when the pre-order item arrives at our warehouse.
My order is incomplete/incorrect/damaged. What should I do?
We are sorry to hear that something is wrong with your order. Please contact us within 24 hours by phone at +32 53 42 80 76 or send an email to info@boetiek-puresense.be . Don't forget to attach photos and a description of the problem.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
Did you accidentally place an incorrect order? No problem! You can easily cancel it yourself via your account. If this does not work, please contact our webshop via 053/42.80.76.
Are your details incorrect in the order? Then check if everything is correct in your account. You can adjust this if necessary. Let us know this too.
Want to add something extra to your order? That's certainly possible! Call our webshop at 053/42.80.76 and we'll be happy to arrange it for you.
Is it possible to reserve an item?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer the option to reserve items.
Shipping & Returns
I would like to return an item. How does that work?
Do you want to return a product? You can! You have 14 days to do so from the day you received your order.
I bought an item in the SALE. Can I still return it?
Unfortunately, discounted items cannot be returned. This is because these items are offered with a special discount.
We also mention this on your purchase invoice and you can find this information in our returns policy, see "Shipping & returns".
How can I return a package with the store collection option?
Orders where you choose 'pick up in store', you can try on in the store immediately and return if necessary. You can of course also try on your order at home, but keep in mind that your return period starts as soon as you receive your pick-up confirmation via e-mail.
What happens to my return shipment?
Once you have returned your package to us, you can easily check whether it has arrived with us. Use the track & trace code that you received when returning.
Can't track your package? Don't worry! Please contact the parcel service you used for shipping. They can tell you exactly where your package is.
Who pays for the return costs? If the order was delivered correctly, the return costs are at your own expense. However, if you have received incorrect or damaged items, please contact us within 12 hours so that we can quickly resolve this for you.
When can I expect my money back after a return?
Once we have received your return package, it will take approximately 14 business days for the amount to be refunded to your account. Please remember to fill out the return form completely so that we can process your refund as soon as possible.
Shops
Is there parking available at the store?
- Liedekerke: There are sufficient parking spaces around the store. In addition, there are also two large parking lots within walking distance.
- Aalst: You can park on the Esplanadeplein or in the underground car park on the Hopmarkt.
